Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI and machine learning pipelines and infrastructure using cloud-native technologies.
- Research & Development: Stay at the cutting edge of AI trends, researching and integrating breakthrough technologies to enhance our product capabilities.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the lifecycle of machine learning models, from data ingestion and feature engineering to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor a diverse team of data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with product management and engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering or machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior or architect-level role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn. Strong understanding of MLOps, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Database Knowledge: Expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases, including experience with data warehousing solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical approaches.
