Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune large-scale LLMs using transformer architectures and proprietary datasets.
- System Optimization: Implement advanced inference pipelines to ensure low-latency, high-throughput model serving.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct research on novel NLP techniques, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and prompt engineering strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and design teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer-facing applications seamlessly.
- Code Quality: Maintain high standards of code quality, documentation, and testing within the ML infrastructure team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; experience with Hugging Face Transformers and LangChain.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Architecture: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and MLOps best practices.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
