Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize large-scale machine learning models for production deployment.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms for natural language processing (NLP) and generative AI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and engineers to define technical requirements.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure model accuracy, safety, and performance.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in AI/ML to integrate cutting-edge techniques into our pipeline.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and large language models (LLMs).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
