Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Lead the architectural planning for large-scale AI training and inference infrastructure, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Future-Proofing: Implement infrastructure strategies that are quantum-ready and adaptable to emerging AI paradigms by 2026.
- Optimization: Design and maintain high-performance data pipelines and model serving architectures to minimize latency and maximize throughput.
- Security: Integrate advanced cybersecurity protocols specifically tailored for autonomous AI agents and decentralized networks.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of backend engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Cloud Strategy: Oversee the migration and management of workloads across hybrid cloud environments, leveraging the latest serverless and edge computing technologies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in backend engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role focusing on AI/ML infrastructure.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and Go. Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
- AI Knowledge: Hands-on experience deploying and scaling Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI models.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems issues and optimize system performance under load.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
