You will collaborate with policy experts, data scientists, and C-suite executives to build a resilient infrastructure for the future.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks tailored for AGI deployment in 2026.
- Conduct rigorous risk assessments and audits on large language models (LLMs) and autonomous agents.
- Develop standardized protocols for AI transparency, explainability, and bias mitigation.
- Advocate for responsible AI practices across all product development lifecycles.
- Engage with regulatory bodies and industry standards organizations to influence policy.
- Create training programs to upskill technical teams on emerging AI governance challenges.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI policy, ethics, or a similar strategic governance role within the tech industry.
- Deep understanding of machine learning concepts, specifically LLMs and generative AI architectures.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex ethical dilemmas into actionable technical requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-disciplinary teams in high-stakes environments.
