Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Vision and Roadmap, aligning technical strategy with business objectives.
- Lead the strategic integration of Generative AI and Large Language Models into core product workflows.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of emerging tech trends (e.g., AGI, Quantum Computing) to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to prioritize technical initiatives and resource allocation.
- Establish a rigorous framework for measuring the success, ROI, and ethical impact of AI-driven initiatives.
- Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure the successful delivery of strategic tech projects.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Product Strategy, AI Strategy, or Technology Consulting, with a focus on the future of work.
- Proven track record of leading strategic transformations and navigating ambiguity in rapidly evolving markets.
- Deep technical fluency in Machine Learning, NLP, and Deep Learning architectures.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of translating complex tech concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Strong ethical grounding in AI development and data privacy compliance.
