Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term 2026 technology roadmap, aligning IT strategy with business objectives.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI and Machine Learning solutions into core business processes.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging tech trends and competitive advantages.
- Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring engineering teams and encouraging experimental R&D.
- Evaluate and select external technology vendors and partners for critical infrastructure.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Information Technology, Strategy, or Product Management.
- Deep technical knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure).
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives in a large-scale enterprise.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
