Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical vision for AI and Future Tech initiatives leading up to 2026.
- Architect scalable machine learning pipelines capable of processing real-time, high-volume data streams.
- Lead the research and implementation of Generative AI and Spatial Computing protocols.
- Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure AI ethics, transparency, and compliance with global data regulations.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation strategies.
