Responsibilities
- Lead Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, high-performance AI systems and cloud-native infrastructure for the 2026 roadmap.
- Future Tech R&D: Spearhead research into emerging technologies such as AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) interfaces and quantum-ready algorithms.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Drive efficiency improvements in model inference and data processing pipelines to handle real-time, global-scale data loads.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-level executives to translate business goals into technical strategies that define our market position.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architecture or lead role.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI Expertise: Proven track record of deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI solutions at scale.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve ambiguous problems and drive technical decisions with minimal supervision.
