Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable, resilient AI infrastructure that supports growth and innovation for the next decade.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into emerging technologies, including generative AI, neural interfaces, and quantum computing applications.
- Model Optimization: Develop and fine-tune large-scale machine learning models to ensure high performance and low latency in production environments.
- Technical Strategy: Define technical roadmaps and best practices for the engineering team, ensuring alignment with the company's 2026 vision.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field; PhD is a plus.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture or machine learning engineering.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks. Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems and deliver robust, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
