Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Infrastructure: Design and implement robust, cloud-native AI systems capable of handling enterprise-grade workloads.
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define technical strategies and architectural standards for next-generation machine learning projects.
- Model Optimization: Refine and fine-tune complex neural networks to maximize efficiency and accuracy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate business objectives into technical solutions.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Lead technical reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to the highest security standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML systems.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Cloud Expertise: Deep knowledge of major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex project lifecycles.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex architectural challenges and innovate solutions.
