Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with emerging regulatory standards
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for machine learning models
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical design principles in AI systems
- Lead stakeholder dialogues on AI ethics with industry regulators and academia
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance and monitor compliance
- Author thought leadership on AI ethics for industry publications
- Mentor junior data scientists on responsible AI practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics, compliance, or responsible tech roles
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global regulations
- Proven track record designing bias mitigation techniques for ML systems
- Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks (e.g., Asilomar Principles, IEEE 7000)
- Publication record in AI ethics or adjacent fields preferred
