Your Mission:
As a Senior AI Engineer, you will design, train, and deploy scalable AI models that solve complex real-world problems. You will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-ready applications, ensuring our systems are robust, efficient, and ethically sound.
Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design and implement state-of-the-art Machine Learning algorithms and Deep Learning architectures tailored to specific business needs.
- System Optimization: Optimize existing models for inference speed and accuracy, reducing latency in high-traffic environments.
- Data Engineering: Collaborate with data scientists to curate high-quality datasets and implement robust data pipelines.
- MLOps: Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models, ensuring seamless deployment and monitoring.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards across the engineering team.
- Research: Stay abreast of the latest academic papers and industry trends to integrate novel techniques into our product stack.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or machine learning.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, with strong knowledge of C++ or Java for high-performance computing.
- Frameworks: Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- NLP: Proven experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Transformer models.
- Cloud: Experience deploying models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) using Docker and Kubernetes.
