Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune large-scale machine learning models, specifically focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance data accuracy and context awareness.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into web and mobile applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Deploy models to production environments using cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Analyze model performance metrics and iterate on algorithms to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or data science.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Deep Learning architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
