Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms using Python and PyTorch.
- Optimize existing models for high-performance inference and reduced latency in production environments.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Implement robust MLOps pipelines for CI/CD, monitoring, and automated retraining of models.
- Ensure data governance, security compliance, and privacy standards are met across all AI workloads.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on AI/ML engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern web frameworks (React/Node.js).
- Deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and NLP technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
