Responsibilities
- Architect and Develop: Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of advanced AI and machine learning models tailored for Project 2026.
- Algorithm Optimization: Research and deploy cutting-edge algorithms to enhance model performance, accuracy, and scalability.
- Strategic Roadmap: Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and AI roadmaps.
- System Integration: Integrate AI models into existing software ecosystems, ensuring seamless data flow and minimal latency.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Security & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
