Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the 2026 AI architecture, from prototype to deployment.
Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Lead the architectural design of the 2026 core engine, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
- R&D Leadership: Drive research initiatives in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Reinforcement Learning to integrate new capabilities into the 2026 platform.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of junior and senior engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Production Deployment: Oversee the deployment of AI models to production environments, optimizing latency and resource utilization.
- Strategic Vision: Translate business objectives into technical strategies, aligning the 2026 roadmap with company goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver user-centric AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).
- Expertise: Deep knowledge of NLP, Computer Vision, or Deep Reinforcement Learning is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
