Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and algorithms tailored for enterprise-scale applications.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI initiatives, from data ingestion and feature engineering to model training and productionization.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teamsâincluding product managers, designers, and backend engineersâto translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and efficiency, ensuring real-time performance in high-traffic environments.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI research and integrate emerging technologies into our core platform.
Qualifications
- Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Extensive experience working with large datasets and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and/or Computer Vision.
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade software and managing complex technical projects.
