Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines for large-scale generative models.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and robustness.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research findings into production-ready features.
- Optimize model inference speed and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and implement relevant innovations.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Deep Learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven experience fine-tuning and deploying LLMs (e.g., GPT, Llama, Claude).
- Familiarity with MLOps tools and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with data engineering, data cleaning, and feature engineering.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
