Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize state-of-the-art Generative AI models and large-scale neural networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer-facing products.
- Research and implement novel algorithms to improve model performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Ensure deployment reliability and scalability of AI infrastructure using cloud platforms.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI research and industry trends.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and LLM architectures.
- Experience with MLOps, model deployment, and cloud computing (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
