Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy scalable Machine Learning models and Deep Learning architectures.
- Optimize LLMs for inference speed and reduce latency in production environments.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to define AI product requirements.
- Implement robust MLOps pipelines for model monitoring and version control.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research to integrate cutting-edge advancements into our stack.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers in AI best practices.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on NLP or Computer Vision.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of MLOps tools (Kubernetes, Docker, MLflow, AWS SageMaker).
- Experience with vector databases and RAG architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
