- Research and implement novel techniques in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Drive the full lifecycle of ML models from data ingestion to production deployment.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud computing (AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of shipping high-impact machine learning products.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
