Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and neural networks.
- Conduct research to identify new AI opportunities and optimize existing algorithms for performance and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, Engineering) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.

- Ensure model reliability, scalability, and security in production environments.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, AI, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade machine learning systems.
