Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and neural networks.
- Lead the architecture of scalable AI systems capable of handling high-volume, real-time data streams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate research concepts into production-ready solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical compliance in all AI implementations.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and model evaluation to optimize performance and accuracy.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in building and deploying ML models in production environments.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Kafka) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Proven track record in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Experience with MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for machine learning.
