Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models and neural networks.
- Optimize model inference latency and throughput for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
- Implement MLOps pipelines to ensure continuous integration and delivery of AI models.
- Conduct research to stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, specifically in Generative AI.
- Debug complex distributed computing issues and ensure system stability.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering or Data Science.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of Deep Learning architectures (Transformers, CNNs, RNNs).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
