Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of cutting-edge AI models for the 2026 roadmap.
- Optimize machine learning pipelines for scalability, latency, and cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Research and prototype novel algorithms in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI development.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our technology remains at the forefront of the 2026 landscape.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, preferably within a high-scale tech environment.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of machine learning principles, including deep learning, neural networks, and reinforcement learning.
- Experience deploying models in production environments using cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative culture.
