Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Machine Learning pipelines using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) optimized for 2026 latency standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, security experts, and product managers to define technical requirements.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices in MLOps.
- Optimize model inference speeds to support real-time decision-making systems.
- Stay abreast of emerging AI regulations and ethical guidelines to ensure compliance.
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of shipping production-level AI models.
- Experience with Reinforcement Learning and Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
