- Collaborate with data scientists to fine-tune foundational models on proprietary datasets.
- Ensure model robustness, security, and ethical compliance in all AI deployments.
- Optimize training pipelines for speed and cost-efficiency using distributed computing frameworks.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, including CI/CD for machine learning models.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.

- Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus) and RAG architectures.
