Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and development of scalable, high-performance machine learning models tailored for the 2026 product suite.
- Conduct groundbreaking research in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision to drive innovation.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Implement robust MLOps pipelines to ensure model reliability, scalability, and deployment efficiency.
- Stay ahead of the curve by analyzing emerging AI trends and technologies to keep our stack cutting-edge.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field (PhD preferred).
- 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of deploying production-grade models.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of LLMs (Large Language Models), RAG architectures, and transformer models.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
