- Research & Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest AI research and implement cutting-edge techniques in production.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to define technical requirements.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of shipping production models.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Cloud Computing: Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
- Problem Solving: Deep understanding of statistical methods, deep learning architectures, and NLP.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders.
