Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning models, from data ingestion to production deployment.
- Architect scalable deep learning solutions and optimize inference performance for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI strategies.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research, evaluating and integrating new algorithms and frameworks.
- Implement rigorous testing and validation protocols to ensure model accuracy and ethical compliance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on Deep Learning.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, and vector databases.
