Core Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Engineering) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and validation of model performance in production environments.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI/ML to drive innovation within the 2026 roadmap.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Strong understanding of Deep Learning, Neural Networks, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
