Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and algorithms that drive core product functionality.
- 2026 Roadmap Strategy: Collaborate with the CTO and product team to define the technical vision and milestones for the 2026 release cycle.
- Optimization: Continuously optimize model performance, scalability, and accuracy to handle massive datasets in real-time.
- Mentorship: Lead a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Research: Stay ahead of industry trends in AI and NLP to integrate the latest breakthroughs into our architecture.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, data engineers, and designers to ensure seamless integration.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI/ML development.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and SQL. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex projects from conception to deployment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
