- Model Optimization: Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms to improve model accuracy, latency, and efficiency.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Engineering) to drive innovation.
- Future-Proofing: Conduct feasibility studies on emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum AI, Edge Computing) to integrate into our roadmap.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI models and data pipelines adhere to rigorous security standards and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and long-term strategies.
- Problem Solving: Deep understanding of distributed systems, data structures, and algorithmic complexity.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
