Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 AI Roadmap: Lead the strategic design and implementation of next-generation machine learning models and AI architectures.
- Model Optimization: Develop and optimize deep learning models for high-performance inference, focusing on speed and energy efficiency.
- System Integration: Integrate AI solutions into complex software ecosystems, ensuring seamless interoperability with existing legacy systems.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of the industry by exploring cutting-edge technologies such as Transformer architectures and Federated Learning.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct rigorous testing and analysis to ensure model robustness, accuracy, and scalability.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on Deep Learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of NLP and Computer Vision.
- Infrastructure: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical projects and mentoring engineering teams.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex technical problems with innovative solutions.
