The Role:
You will lead the development of our proprietary neural architectures and optimize large-scale data pipelines. You will work closely with our research team to translate theoretical models into production-ready applications.
Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models for real-world applications.
- Optimize existing ML pipelines for scalability, latency, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define technical requirements.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers within the team.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and integrate them into our stack.
- Ensure data integrity and implement robust testing strategies for models.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Apache Spark, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment.
