Responsibilities
- Lead the technical architecture for the '2026 Horizon' initiative, focusing on next-gen Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Design and implement distributed machine learning pipelines that handle petabyte-scale data.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate the 2026 vision into actionable technical specifications.
- Optimize model inference speeds and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to the highest standards of security, privacy, and bias mitigation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software development with a focus on AI/ML.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven experience deploying large-scale models in production environments.
- Strong background in MLOps, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
