Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Solutions: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for our 2026 roadmap, focusing on real-time data processing and deep learning.
- Lead Model Optimization: Push the boundaries of model performance, reducing latency and increasing accuracy for our flagship AI products.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by exploring emerging AI paradigms, including reinforcement learning and federated learning.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with product managers and engineers to translate complex AI concepts into user-centric applications.
- Infrastructure Scalability: Ensure our AI models run efficiently on cloud infrastructure, optimizing costs and resource utilization.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or data science, with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL. Experience with MLOps tools (Kubernetes, Docker, MLflow).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Language Model Expertise: Hands-on experience training or fine-tuning LLMs for specific domain applications.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
