Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Solutions: Design and implement robust, scalable machine learning models and neural networks that drive core product features.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into emerging AI technologies, specifically focusing on Generative AI and Predictive Analytics for the 2026 roadmap.
- Optimize Performance: Fine-tune algorithms for speed, accuracy, and efficiency, ensuring our models run on massive data scales with minimal latency.
- Collaborate & Mentor: Work closely with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers; mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Deployment & MLOps: Manage the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring in production environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong portfolio of deployed models.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, and SQL. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is required.
- Algorithmic Mastery: Solid understanding of deep learning architectures, natural language processing (NLP), or computer vision.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business problems into elegant technical solutions.
