Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable large language models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems optimized for low-latency inference.
- Lead research initiatives to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and safety protocols for production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer-facing products.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Implement rigorous testing and evaluation frameworks to ensure model robustness and fairness.
- Stay abreast of the latest academic research and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on Deep Learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade ML models.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
