Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of our 2025 AI infrastructure strategy.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and Deep Learning.

Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, AI, or Data Science.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proven experience in building and deploying production-grade ML models.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
