Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy advanced Machine Learning models, specifically focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive analytics.
- Lead the architecture of scalable data pipelines to handle big data workloads efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding product managers, data scientists, and engineersâto translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Optimize model inference speed and accuracy for real-time applications.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research and integrate cutting-edge methodologies into our product suite.
Qualifications
- Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering and software development.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end ML solutions in a production environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
