Responsibilities
- Lead Development: Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models and data pipelines using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Research & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI research and implement novel algorithms to improve system performance.
- System Optimization: Ensure high availability and low latency of AI services through rigorous testing and cloud infrastructure management.
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and technical workshops.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and SQL. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- AI Expertise: Deep knowledge of neural networks, NLP, or Computer Vision frameworks.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex technical challenges.
