Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy scalable machine learning models using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI models into production systems.
- Optimize algorithms for speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency.
- Design and implement robust MLOps pipelines for model monitoring and retraining.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering or data science.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for stakeholders.
