Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and pipelines using Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency to meet production-grade standards.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and model validation to ensure performance benchmarks are met.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
