Responsibilities
- Architect and implement state-of-the-art machine learning pipelines using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Optimize existing models for high-throughput, low-latency inference in production environments.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists and product managers to define technical requirements and roadmap.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, and Generative AI.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI practices are maintained throughout the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering roles.
- Extensive experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Strong proficiency in SQL, NoSQL, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying ML models to production at scale.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
