Responsibilities
- Model Architecture: Design, train, and fine-tune complex deep learning models, with a focus on LLMs and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- System Optimization: Optimize model inference latency and throughput to ensure seamless user experiences.
- MLOps Implementation: Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for model training and deployment using tools like Kubernetes, Docker, and MLflow.
- Research & Development: Stay abreast of the latest academic research and industry trends to integrate novel algorithms into our production stack.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years leading complex model deployment projects.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn. Strong understanding of deep learning architectures.
- Infrastructure: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization technologies.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex mathematical and engineering challenges.
