Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models, including deep learning and NLP architectures.
- System Architecture: Lead the design of scalable MLOps pipelines and data infrastructure to support production-grade AI services.
- Research & Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest research in AI and implement novel techniques to improve model performance and accuracy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into our products.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor model performance and optimize for latency, throughput, and resource efficiency.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Programming: Strong proficiency in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Cloud Expertise: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Mathematical Proficiency: Solid foundation in linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
