Responsibilities

- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Predictive Analytics, and Autonomous Systems.
- Optimize Infrastructure: Enhance cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure) to support high-throughput data processing and machine learning workloads.
- Drive Innovation: Mentor a team of brilliant engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Ensure Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure adherence to industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architect or lead technical role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern Machine Learning frameworks.
- System Design: Proven ability to design complex distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Leadership: Strong track record of mentoring high-performing engineering teams and managing project lifecycles.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results.
