Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end AI/ML solutions that drive business value and scalability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Ensure robust security protocols and ethical AI practices are integrated into all system designs.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive analytics.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven experience designing microservices and distributed systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred.
